چکیده
In this study, 3MgO-B2O3-xwt%BaCu(B2O5) (BCB)-ywt%H3BO3 (2 ≤ x 8, 0 y 20) ceramics were sintered at the optimum temperature to form Mg3B2O6 and MgO phases. The effects of H3BO3 BCB on product characteristics, phase transition, microstructure, microwave dielectric properties 3MgO-B2O3 investigated. intensities diffraction peaks two phases varied with changing values. After sintering 950°C, = 6 15 achieved excellent a εr 6.72, Q × f 83,205 GHz τf – 65.05 ppm/°C. Besides, 8 5 925°C also good 6.64, 78,173 57.27 temperatures above both are well lower than melting point Ag, showing promising applications in low cofired ceramic devices. particular, these can be used as potential candidate materials for G technology, provided that further optimized.

Effect of Calcination Kinetics and Microwave Sintering Parameters on Dielectric and Peizo-Electric Properties of(K0.5Na0.5) NBO3 Ceramics
An efficient solid-state approach was established to synthesize (K0.5Na0.5) NbO3 ceramics using calcination kinetics and microwave assisted sintering. Milling of carbonate and oxide raw materials were carried out for 15h to obtain homogeneous nano particles. The crystallite size of 5.30 nm was obtained for the KNN system after calcination through optimized parameters and observed to be stoichio...

Low-melting H3BO3, acting as sintering aid, was used to reduce the sintering temperature of 5 wt.% CaTiO3-doped (Zn0.65Mg0.35)TiO3 ceramics. The sintering behaviors, microstructures and microwave dielectric properties with different amounts of H3BO3 addition were investigated. The results showed that H3BO3 additive was very effective for lowering the sintering temperature and improving the bulk...
متن کاملMicrowave Sintering of Thermistor Ceramics
Microwave sintering is a new sintering technology developed in the middle to late period of the 1980’s, which is characterized by fast densification for ceramic materials[1]. In recent years, microwave heating has been well employed in the field of sintering and joining of ceramics as a result of its advantages against conventional methods. These ceramic materials include oxides, mixed oxides, ...
